Job opportunity: Retail Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for Wholesale and Fleet Sales / Retail Sales
• Responsible for managing a team for Wholesale / Retail Sales, motivating and coaching them, organizing sales
• Responsible for preparation of Business Plan for Wholesale / Retail Department
• Sets Targets for Wholesale / Retail Department according to the Company’s Business Plan
• Visits customers and potential customers to present the products to them and maintains contact on a regular basis
• Explores the Wholesale / Retail sector in order to identify opportunities for new customers
• Proposes commercial terms (including credit) on new and old customers’ contracts
• Monitors customers’ volumes (including analysis) and acts in order to maintain and improve it
• Responsible for managing a team of subordinates, reviewing and assessing their performance, supports their professional development and enables them to optimize their contribution to the department
• Responsible for development and training of the customers on the products of the Company
• Provides all necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensures that all relevant processes and procedures are followed
• Reports to Commercial Director

Requirements: 

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
• 5 years of professional experience on managerial position in sales
• Good command of English language
• Good command of Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Driving license – B category
