Ukoliko imate:

  • Najmanje srednju stručnu spremu (SSS);
  • Dobro poznavanje engleskog i/ili ruskog, njemačkog, italijanskog, turskog jezika;
  • Iskustvo sa Forex-om i finansijskim tržištem i/ili iskustvo u prodaji;
  • Napredne komunikacione vještine;
  • Napredne vještine upravljanja vremenom;
  • Sklonost ka brzom rješavanju problema.

Vaša uloga i odgovornosti:

  • Korisnička podrška klijentima telefonskim putem;
  • Pružanje usluga vezanih za račune klijenata;
  • Komunikacija sa postojećim i potencijalnim klijentima;
  • Motivisanje i zadržavanje klijenata.

We are building a team and looking for potential colleagues for the position CLIENT ACCOUNT OFFICER IN CALL CENTER.

If you are motivated to become part of our team, please look at short description of the position and apply! We look forward to our future cooperation!

If you have:

  • At least high school education;
  • Good knowledge of English and / or Russian, German, Italian, Turkish language;
  • Experience with Forex and trading on financial market and / or experience in sales;
  • Advanced communication skills;
  • Advanced time management skills;
  • Tendency to solve problems quickly.

Your role and responsibilities would be:

  • Communication with clients by telephone for the purpose of customer support;
  • Providing services related to client accounts;
  • Communication with existing and potential clients;
  • Motivating and retaining clients.
