In order to strengthening our team, we are looking for an employee for the Organisation/IT organisational unit:

Advanced specialist for IT Compliance and Vendor management (m/f)

Location: Podgorica

Your tasks:

IT Financial management

  • Budget definition, monitoring and review
  • Monitoring of IT relevant costs and revenues
  • Internal cost allocation for IT services

SLAs and Vendor management

  • Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) for information technology services across the organization are delivered according to specifications
  • In charge for developing, managing, and administering service management best practices

IT Risk management

  • Risk Identification, Assessment and Evaluation
  • Develop and implement risk responses to ensure that risk factors and events are addressed in a cost-effective manner and in line with business objectives
  • Monitor risk and communicate information to the relevant stakeholders to ensure the continued effectiveness of the enterprise’s risk management strategy

IT Policies/Governance, Audits and Compliance

  • Coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of other IT policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all IT policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Serve as liaison to auditors, consultants, and the banks committees regarding documentation and review of information compliance
  • Communicate audit and review results to appropriate parties and ensure that issues are addressed and corrective actions are implemented

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational, electro engineering, economics area
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Report writing skills are required. Must be able to summarize and communicate technical data to a non-technical audience.
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience in the financial/banking industry is preferred
  • Fluent knowledge of English
