Real Estate Market Analyst
to support our expanding team
We are a team of Podgorica based real estate consultants, engaged in real estate valuation, asset management and building surveying. We are working in accordance with highest international standards and practice; our clients are local and international banks, private and institutional investors.
Your role will be to collect, analyse and present in a professional manner real estate market data and economic data, and to write market analysis and forecast reports to support our internal team of real estate consultants and our clients on their investment decisions.
Requirements:
– University or college degree in Economics or in related fields. Students in their last year of their education are welcome as well;
– A good general knowledge and understanding of the main macroeconomic and real estate market drivers in Montenegro;
– Previous real estate or real estate sales experience is an advantage;
– Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with statistical analysis and advanced IT skills are advantages;
– Proactive approach and good problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal English skills
