is looking to hire for its Real Estate Management Department
Senior officer in Facility Management
- Control and technical maintenance of properties and equipment;
- Control and hygienic maintenance of properties and equipment;
- Organization of all repairs in properties and equipping of properties;
- Maintenance of database in CAFM system, REDB and Car Database and other databases;
- Insurance (movable and immovable bank properties, money insurance and insurance of real estate leases).
Knowledge and skills required:
- Technical education of higher technical education institute or university (preferable Faculty of Civil Engineering);
- Two years of work experience in real estate field;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Advanced computer literacy (especially MS-Office, Auto Desk platform).
Remark: The person will be employed on limited period of the time of six months.
