Universal Capital Bank is looking for:
PRIVATE BANKER
Position based in Podgorica
Job summary and Main responsibilities/tasks:
- Responsible for customer care for VIP clients, available 24/7 for delegated clients;
- Responsible for full service to VIP clients and their only contact person in the bank;
- Responsible for providing other, non-banking services, to VIP clients like meeting appointments, advices, logistic, contact providing etc.;
- Coordinates all the other departments of the bank as well as external partners and delivering final service to VIP clients;
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business or other similar fields is an advantage;
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in banking industry working in different departments;
- Excellent Computer and software skills (advanced knowledge of Pexim will be advantage);
- Absolutely client oriented person with strong social skills and developed sense for customer needs;
- Fast learning and fast adaptive person;
- Effective business communication and the ability to build strong relationships with people;
- Very fast working and responsive person;
- The estimated operational flexibility and willingness to work under deadlines and goals;
- Fluency in Montenegrin/Serbian, both written and spoken; Full working proficiency in English, written and spoken is a must; Knowledge of other language will be advantage (especially Arabian, Indian, Chinese and Russian)
