OTP Factoring Montenegro DOO is seeking for position

Debt collection officer – Soft assignment department  (m/f)

In this position you are involved in supporting our legal activities. Key focus of the role will be to support senior management of all aspects of legal performance and decision making. This includes standard reporting as well as our own projects with increasing experience. You will be a part of a small team with challenging tasks.

Duties:

• Correspondence negotiating with clients and representation in collection process;
• Contact delinquent clients;
• Constant work on  updating the data base of receivable collection;
• Updating documentation;
• Handling different kind of processes and procedures of departments in coordinate with defined regulations.

Requirements:

• Working experience min. 1  years;
• University degree (Faculty of Law and Economic );
• Excellent knowledge  in English language, written and oral communication;
• Excellent knowledge of MS office;
• Driving license ( B category);
• Team player;
• Negotiation skills and reasoning flexibility.
• Responsible, reliable, positive attitude.
