OPIS POSLA
Universal Capital Bank is looking for:
SUPERVISOR/UNIT HEAD – CARD PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY
Position based in Podgorica
Job summary and Main responsibilities/tasks:
- Responsible for organizing issuing of debit and credit cards, POS and functioning of ATM’s
- Responsible for technical and technological aspects of processing, implementation and maintenance of relevant computer software related to cards, ATM’s and POS.
- In charge with ensuring certification and compliance of all unit activities
- Controls operation of cards, ATMs and POS terminals
- Coordinates the Processing Technology Sub-Function.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Technical, Economics, Business or other similar fields
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in banking industry working with alternative channels of sales, cards, ATM’s, POS, preferable on management positions
- Excellent Computer and software skills (advanced knowledge of Pexim)
- Excellent managerial, analytical skills
- Effective business communication and the ability to build relationships with people
- The estimated operational flexibility and willingness to work under deadlines and goals
- Fluency in Montenegrin/Serbian, both written and spoken; Working knowledge of English, written and spoken.
