Job description:
- Invoice management
- Controlling, supervising and assisting company’s partners providing accounting, payroll and tax services
- Preparation, execution and control of the budget
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Preparing timely and accurate managerial reports
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and policies
- Overseeing all local tax and regulatory compliance issues
- Controlling and monitoring preparation/submission of financial statements (to be prepared by external providers) and the process of its auditing (if required)
- Close cooperation with the external accounting on various issues
- Overseeing the preparation and submission of VAT returns
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance / economics or in financial / managerial accounting or similar
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong familiarity with MS Office: Strong Excel skills (to include familiarity with pivot tables, lookups, filters and logical formulas), Word, PowerPoint
- Financial planning and reporting skills
- Obligatory language skills: English (proficient)
- Knowledge of IFRS is a plus
- Excellent cash flow management skills
- Ability to plan and forecasts
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amount of numbers and dates
