Telenor Montenegro is offering Internship opportunity for young people interested to get experience working in international environment.
Internship model: one year paid assignment
Job overview: System support for first lines within department of operation and optimization, CMO division
Competences: The ideal candidate should possess
- Recently finished or students on last year of Bachelor or Master studies in organizational or technical sciences without working experience
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills and high level of computer literacy
- Proficiency in English (both writen and verbal)
- Enthusiasm, dynamism, and a positive, can-do attitude
- Knowledge of key BSS systems (CRM,CVBS,Navision,ERP)
- Understanding systems for customer relationship management
- Preferably technical experience with BI publisher or other reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Responsible for frontline support in order to assure business continuity
- Responsible to support sales representatives when using frontline application while processing customer requests
- Problem resolution or redirection to second line of support on daily level
- Give adequate feedback to sales representatives related to reported issues in 15 minutes
- Monitoring and follow-up of reported issues in Service Management application
- Reporting and analytics of problems and their influence on business
- Participation on User Acceptance Tests and End to End testing
- Suggest system and process improvements and new functionalities in systems
- Availability for support is 8-22 (shift work)
